Today, the Center for New York City and State Law welcomes Chair Patrick Gaspard and Executive Director Ann Cheng from New York City’s Committee on Government Efficiency, the newest Charter Revision Commission established by Mayor Mamdani. With Center Program Director Ben Max, the three will discuss the five yes-or-no questions that will be featured on New York City voters’ ballots this November.
