Landmarks designated two new individual landmarks. The 1886 Estey Piano Factory, at 112 Lincoln Avenue in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, is the oldest piano factory in New York, and the centerpiece of the once thriving industrial area. On March 5, 2024, the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted to designate the Tremont Branch of the New York Public Library. Located at 1866 Washington Avenue, the branch was built in 1905 and is one of the 67 branches funded by a grant from Andrew Carnegie.

On September 20, 2022, the Landmarks Preservation Commission voted to calendar the Samuel Gompers Industrial High School for consideration as an individual landmark. The school, located at 455 Southern Boulevard between East 145th to East 147th Streets in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx, is a well preserved example of the Medieval Revival style.
