Storm events like 2021’s Hurricane Ida highlight the importance of implementing stormwater mitigation measures in flooding-prone areas. The City’s construction sites are going green. On September 23, 2022, Mayor Eric Adams signed Clean Construction Executive Order 23 (EO 23).
