After more than a year and nine meetings, Landmarks approved final component of St. Vincent’s plan. Rudin Management presented revised plan for residential component. Having approved the design of a new St. Vincent’s hospital on the west side of Seventh Avenue between West 12th and 13th Streets, Landmarks considered an associated residential development for the east side of the avenue.
